QLD PM Recommendations 4034 QLD

    Hey All

    As per the title, looking for any recommendations in the 4034 area in QLD.

    Preferably looking for a PM that,

    Doesn't approve tenants without your knowledge
    Does provide entry reports
    Inspections include more than "All good" in an email
    Doesn't randomly get keys cut for no reason.
    Actually communicates.

    Hi Dan,
    I'm happy to recommend @Tom Rivera who manages 3 of my properties in Brisbane, he'll do whats in your list (except item 2 - he keeps entry/exit reports but I'm sure he won't force them on you!) :)

    Received- but I'll answer here in case anyone has a similar question in the future.

    Unfortunately Zillmere is too far, and outside my area of expertise, BUT I do have a great recommendation for a northsider agent who can help!

    We have a number of mutual clients who have been very happy with Josh and BPF, so I'd definitely recommend getting in touch with them for any investors with property on the Northside.

    That sounds like pretty sucky service, how long did you put up with that for? :/

    Almost 8 months now. None of this was present until the past month or so. I forgave the All Good inspection email as a may he's busy.

    But, since attempting to find a new tenant I've found the communication extremely lacking.. like the random receipt for two new keys to be cut.. however ... I know all the keys were supplied so I'm unsure why .. we need another two .. and the obvious approving a tenant without consulting me or even notifying me that I have a new tenant....

    Or the "toilet" continuously leaking all of a sudden after the exit report was done apparently.

    None of this I had prior knowledge about... They keys I don't care about, it's more the principle, he sold me on "communication is key" when I signed up with them...

    Try Worth Real Estate (based at Nundah) but they cover 4034.

    They look after 3 of my properties in this postcode and 8 in total in the Brisbane northside catchment region.

    I know Peter, he's a good guy, used to be my neighbour. His business is doing well.
