I can recommend P.I Di Natale. They were the most professional of the firms who came out to do appraisal for me. I'm happy with them.

 

Yep, second that. Most professional firm in the area and have a team of on the ball PM's and hands on directors.

 

If you're not happy with the above recommendation which is great that 2 people like em, you can use hocking Stuart, Sophie. Always been on the ball over the past 5 years.
Additional info, 5.5% and 5 day letting fee was negotiated years ago.
Not sure what you guys are paying or if mind disclosing @Connor @ellejay ?

 

I'm working away from home so don't have the paperwork. I'll try to find out and come back to you. Doubt it'll be close to your 5.5% though.

 

5.5% is great! I couldn't get them down to that. Current rate is 6.6% from memory. I think 7.7% is the 'standard' rate they quote.

 

1.65x week's rent for letting fee
6.6% managing fee

$285 advertising package (e.g., online advertising + 4x3 sign board)

 

Skater looks after that area and is extremely experienced
