    Recommend against True Blue Reality.

    Am currently with Robinson Property, and they are expensive, but seem to have a decent team. I like that they do not expect 1 person to deal with all aspects of the property, but have a team with different roles.

    I have heard others mention Gabrielle @ Hott property does a good job too, but no direct experience.
