PM recommendation for Brisbane's northern suburbs

Hi all
Can anyone recommend a good property manager for Brisbane's northern suburbs (or let me know who's not been that great)? I've looked through threads on Somersoft (and here) and not been able to find any recommendations, hence this post.

She manages properties in most Brisbane metro area.

 

I did some better hunting (than at lunchtime) on the Somersoft website and have found some other regular recommendations. I'll contact

Denovan's in Mitchelton have been around for ages, very good blokes (and shielas) there.

 

I've signed them to manage a place for me on the southside. Even with the distance they've been very available and great to deal with.

Thanks for your recommendations, all. My wife and I discussed engaging a PM and decided to just have them find and place a new tenant for us. We'll self-manage for another year. We couldn't justify the management fees charged (sorry, Brisbane PMs).

 

It's interesting nobody ever seems to recommend the local big name brand office. Taking the thread recommendation - off to call Lu about my next PI that settles in couple of weeks.

Its always helpful to call and email a few agencies and ask for client feedback...assess how you connect with a PM and if you feel comfortable. Its a personal decision and a long term business partnership that requires the right values and ethics "fit"...ask what an agency's point of difference to other agencies is...enjoy the exploration phase
