    Looking for a PM for my new IP. In a couple of weeks, I will make a settlement for a two room apartment next to the Albert Park, Victoria. Would you recommend a PM in the area who I can trust for renting and managing the property? Thanks in advance.

    Belle Property in Barkly Street St Kilda have good reviews if you research their individual property managers and they know the area well. Do not use Biggin Scott in Elwood, they are terrible
