I've not been long with current major RE PM, finding them a bit vague. Can anyone recommend someone good please? pref who pays fortnightly instead of monthly and low management fees.

Is it easy enough to get out of current agreement? new to all this.

    Hi Sarah,

This is a very late response, but to answer your question:

You will need to check the agreement that you signed with the managing agents when you first signed with them. If they used a standard REINSW form, it's in point number 2 (halfway down the first page on the left). This specifies how much notice is required from either party for termination of the agreement. FYI, the standard is 30 days.

As for the process of exiting the agreement, your new selected managing agent can organise this whole process for you, providing you first give them the authority to do so.

    I hope this helps.
