If it's in a touristy area have you considered using Air BnB.

My wife just launched an Air BnB property management company up in Noosa/northern parts of the coast. We'll be listing our PPOR on it whenever we're back in Canberra.

Went with Blue Moon Property in Sippy Downs
Have been good so far, are very prompt in regards to queries or questions
Had the property 'rented' within a week.

Was recommended them from my BA

Am still looking around at PM's for the sunshine coast at the moment.

Still looking around the south of Maroochy or maybe even the top (noosa/tewantin/coolum) areas though.

Seems like the market is quite active with buyers when I was down at the opens 2 weeks ago.

I have an IP which is nearing completion in Birtinya. It is a 4b2b2c terrace home.
I'm after recommendations for PMs. I've been told that Slade is quite good but have no direct contact with them. I also contacted Property Zest because I listen to their podcast but they seemed rather more expensive than others.

 

Candice Gillies from Code Property gets my vote

Do you have property of your own that Code Property manage or are you familiar with them another way?

 

Have mutual clients with them, with someone who owns property there and down here and they say they're great. I've also met her and her staff member in person and they're passionate about what they do.
