PM in Chermside

    Can anyone recommend a PM in Chermside? I'm looking on realestate.com.au for agents in the area but most with current vacancies seem to be out of area.

    Is it normal in North Brisbane to have a PM located a few suburbs away?

    I can share with you a boutique agency with a cap of properties they manage to ensure an excellent service is offered - happy to have a conversation - no vacancies on the books as all properties are filled quickly through lots of proactive work

    I can certainly tell you one NOT to use. I won't post it publicly but if you pm me I'll let you know. They are quite well known but as soon as this current lease has ended I'll be changing straight away.

    You can change property managers and any time and it won't affect you current lease.
