Hi Dan, check out the various threads under the heading 'property management' and you will access some helpful information, perhaps request a conversation and assess the response to your question - ask if other owners are prepared to offer feedback about their experiences with an agency - explore not only large chain agencies but smaller specialist property management agencies to compare and contrast various point of difference - it is a long term business relationship hence very important that you feel comfortable about who you choose
