    @Andrew Allen - his PM biz might service those areas

    I've shared mutual clients with Andrew over the years and all have been happy. That's via his buyers agency business- however, I'd be reasonably confident that his property management side of things is equally as good.

    Tessa residential Aspley. Really really good pm rate and good higher appraisal and got it rented fast at that appraisal rent.
