Plumbing costs in Melbourne

Hello

Would someone be able to give me a general idea or range of plumbing costs for the following:

Completely replace pipes on a 55 year old 3 bed 1 bathroom house in Heidelberg with excellent access to the pipes.

I have no idea at all of the cost and would be very grateful if someone could give me a general idea of what I could expect to pay.

allow 5-8 hours labour. 70-100 per hour.(if it's easy access)

parts i'd think would be under 500. most likely.

 

water pipes, gas pipes, sewer pipes?

Copper, PVC?

 

good point, i assumed you meant replace old gal pipes (water pipes) for new ones.

Very good news so far I thought it would be much more than what you have outlined Elives.

I am referring to replacing original metal water pipes and I assumed they would be replaced with PVC but I just want the cheapest material and labour to get the job done.
