    Is this for a main residence or investment?

    I've no idea about the area, but the house itself is quite stylish and has good bones. I've no idea about pricing either. How does it compare to others you've looked at, and why have you chosen this one over others?

    We are planning to hold it for atleast 5years (IP).Its has negative gearing but I am expecting a good CG. 4bd House planning to rent untill then. The house looks really lovely.The price range around st clair is almost 900 most of them going on auctions. Buying from first home owner around 40years old house.

    Does this sound like a good deal?

    I choose this one because of the landsize and a potential for GF. The locality is also good. Prices around st clair now around 900.

    Initially the plan was to look for house with GF with around 600sqm for around 900k. Now that,I dint find anything of that kind, considering this above linked property.
