    please can u tell me the name of the sites where workmen can bid for our jobs. thanks
    looking for a bricky near melbourne city ..

    I was told by a bricky a few years ago they would pull out bricks where mortar has corroded but others keep telling me of brickies being able to push or inject mortar between bricks. can anyone tell me more please and advice for finding a bricky near melbourne city and for finding out the websites to post jobs on please

    I should also say that I couldn't get a (decent) brickie through hipages, but I have used them for plasters, painter and tilers.

    Hi Pages is best - lots of tradies including brickies.

    These days they will use an arbortek mortar saw to remove the bricks without damage and relay them. Much faster than in previous years.

    There is a lot of competition for brickies at the moment, but some may fit you in.

    Also consider Greypower.
