Battered and fried pumpkin flowers are quite a treat in Mexico. They're nice.

    Add prosciutto to that...

Onion confit instead of the pear is great too

A couple of months ago I had Zebra on one, and Crocodile on another.

Was in a whiskey bar at the bottom of the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. The zebra was actually quite good.

I've got a photo of the rest of the menu somewhere...I'd eaten most of the other weird animals.

    Most pointless topping: potato.

Haven't had zebra, what did it taste like?

Potato can be great in a pizza with rosemary and guanciale

You referring to dough? Pizzas are worth trying.

Ah ok. Yeah I'm not a big fan of the moon. It has its place but it's not for me.

Favorite toppings : multiple varieties of chilli, anchovies, capers, blue cheese, pineapple.
Weirdest was in Italy when they cracked an egg on the hot pizza at the table and it didnt quite cook...

Guanciale is cured pigs cheek, basically a fattier pancetta. Meant to be in carbonara but typically swapped with pancetta in australia

I wouldn't want to eat it while it was still sick.
