I dont doubt the rise. Most of logan has also risen.
My 2c on this rise is becaiuse:
1. All boats rise with the tide in a cyclical upswing
2. Affordability.
..and id say its momentary. Id be surprised if the rise in park ridge is driven by fundamentals ( which are sustainable and long lasting).

Typical behavior of such suburbs ...can work big time if you time it well...or wait a very long time for pop growth to spred out to there and introduce stable price appreciation as whats currently happeninh in inner bn suburbs.
