There may be, in the business directory or something, but if you participate here and read peoples posts and signatures, you will see there is multi choice.

It's not especially prominent but it is on the home page of the site - next version of the site will make it easier to find.

    hi guys

Wondering if someone could recommend a Perth based broker. Yes I know i dont need someone who lives locally to me but i do like the fact that if he/she lives locally there's a little more opportunity for a better relationship.

I'm looking for someone who is proactive in delivering the best value product at time of loan & ongoing review of competitive products. Also someone that gets back to you within a reasonably amount of time.

    Hi @stumpie ,

I'm overseas atm and haven't been checking the forum as much as usual so only just saw this.

If you still need a hand I'm back on deck next week - happy to have a chat about your plans! :)

Oh, I don't think I got it - I've been checking my email every day. I'll check my spam folder. Back from OS now. :)

Edit - found it in my junk folder and have responded - sorry about that!

They still call it that, but it's got some weird fine print:

"Note - when an offset sub-account is linked to an 'interest-only' loan, the minimum monthly repayment amount does not change regardless of the balance of the offset sub-account."

I posted this on a similar thread, so might as well include it here too. See attached.

Thanks for the link, for a P&I Pepper Loan it looks like a normal offset account as indicated by example provided. The wording regarding an IO offset is unusual and does suggest that it's not a offset in the normal sense.
