Physically moving a house

    Hi all.
    So I have purchased property before and now looking for an investment.
    I have come across one property with two houses on one title.
    They have council approval to subdivide, HOWEVER the second house needs to be moved say 5 metres in order to meet the requirements.
    Has anyone done this before? It's a Queenslander and couple of house removers say it "should be" do-able, however seeking advise from anyone who's knowledge on the topic.
