Pest quote

    Hi,

    Received a quote from my managing agent for work done by a pest controller.
    - $190 for German roaches
    - $200 for bigger roaches
    - $280 for both

    Is this a reasonable quote? Also offers no guarantee for the job.

    I pay $132 ($120+gst) & $55 extra if german roaches are involved and get a 6 month warranty.

    My understanding has always been that ridding a place of German roaches is a much more difficult job than the bigger ones.

    Sounds a bit on the high side, but we are used to a good pestman who doesn't charge like a wounded bull.

    And for $280 I'd be wanting a guarantee... (or at least a follow up visit if they don't depart after the first visit).
