    Luckily that's never happened to me before but i will take your advice and touch base with tile supplier to make sure!

    Do you know if there's a resource somewhere that specifies how to meet the different generic WAPC conditions in order to get clearance?

    I don't know of any. Contacting the clearance authority is the first step.

    Model subdivision conditions

    ;) There might be a more up to date one, but this was from a quick Google. If you let us know what conditions you're unsure about, I'm sure someone from the forum could help...

    Also, it depends on the Local Government, for example in Joondalup raking the site to 600 is considered to satisfy D4, however in Canning you need to complete geotech, site works, retaining, compaction and certification...

    Hi All

    Apologies for the lack of updates, Slab was poured just before christmas and brickwork commenced after the new year break. All roof timber now almost complete.

    The overall size of the block is 895 sqm and each unit is on a ~260m block
