    Hello,

What do you all think of the newly zoned suburbs in the northern corridor i.e. Koondoola girrawheen and Craigie?
Was thinking of grabbing something in koondoola maybe because it is so cheap and is now zoned for redevelopment.
Craigie is a much nicer area but a little more pricey.
Where would you buy to redevelop in a few years time?

Koondoola and Girrawheen rose significantly over the last few years on the back of the proposed rezoning and aren't very good value anymore.
I would consider Hammersley, Warwick, Craigie, Padbury due to them having better growth prospects and nicer areas. But yes they are more expensive.

    Hi Cuffman
What price range are you looking at?
Is your main intention to buy and add value and sell or buy one with the potential to do so in the future?
