Perth Property Developers - Social Sundowner 31-05-19

Hi guys

I'm involved with Perth Property Developers, a not-for-profit networking group attended by genuine developers and property-doers in the game. Our aim is to provide a relaxed social environment for developers or other people actively in property to chat to others who are or have been in the same or similar situations. Trouble shooting, new ideas, new friendships and business alliances are the norm.

Some examples of our core members and their pursuits are below. These are examples of a few core members however there are many more with attendance typically hitting 30 people.
- full time developer specialising in retain and build triplexes in Perth metro
- full time room by room rental expert, both doing it himself and for his clients
- developer specialising in low income housing solutions
- developer specialising in cashflow positive dual key properties
- full time renovation flipper

The next sundowner is Friday next week, 31st of May at Henry on Eighth in Maylands and we would love for you to attend.

Please don't come if your intention is to sell your services, the intention of this meetup is social and to talk about real issues and scenarios.

I like the non-sales attitude to this also, far it far better to jv/buy something from someone when i know theyre a decent person rather than them pushing something on me the first time me meet. Cheers Tom
