That's fine. I have trick. Press the pedestrian light before starting your car. I used to rent a place like that and thank God for the pedestrian light. Solved all problems... :D

Wouldn't that cause even more problems by stopping cars in front of the lights (and your driveway)? Perhaps your trick would work better if your exit was just AFTER the lights....

76 marangaroo sold for 365k in november. I'd say this one given the location probably wouldve been similar and priced at land component. Mid 300's? Maybe a tad higher because of COVID tax? who knows.

Yes, my old place was just a few metres after the lights. But at least if you already have the car at the edge of the driveway, the next car, hopefully, will have the courtesy to let you out. Don't know, it's Perth...

Interested to see peoples thought on this. Surrounded by subdivision, state housing vacant block next door. Zoned R40

Close to Inglewood and a cheaper entry point to that area of Maylands?

Not looking to purchase to rent but as an OO with the possibility of developing in the future (land component).

Yikes that's an unconventional and cramped 4x2 layout by the looks of it though, always going to be tough to sell in all but the hottest markets I would think considering the road also. Would want to get it for a good price with a view to holding for future redevelopment / land value.

I don't see the benefit of buying this for redevelopment, this kinda of stock will suit the classic buy and hold strategy with great yields to help pay off the debt sooner while letting the suburb with great CG prospects do it's thing to lift all "boats".
