    Absolute pleasure. Was also interesting to hear everyone's experiences in Perth.
    Happy to share my insights re: Brisbane although I would still say I'm still learning.

    I've just got a really basic process re: my area due diligence and trying to jump into a suburb prior to the concentric ripples flow out :)

    I'm here till Wed AM before I fly to site again. Happy to catch up with any other Perthites whilst I'm here :)

    Was sometime talking about realestate.com.au and the search preferences??
    On the app now (which has been upgraded and is actually decent to use now!) you can choose "newest" but also for saved searches choose to default "newest" for the search order
