    Laundry in garage is ok but I'm not a fan of that one because you go through the garage to get to the bedroom. I'm sure that bedroom would reak of petrol after awhile.

    Thinking about your 80sqm I think you are better off making a really nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom dwelling than a mediocre 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. One of my trusted REA friends said that a 2 x 2 with double garage townhouse is becoming sort after.

    I'll see if I can rough something up for you that meets the ridiculous CoS scheme laws

    Providing the wind/swells not up, weather's good, the 17th at the Canning with our boats, kids/family and a BBQ suits me and my boy..
    Will bring toys (that go behind the boat).

    I'm looking to head to the city Mon or Tues to pick up a passport if midday coffee works for anyone. I'll have the kids following so I won't commit to how long.
    Locations I'm not sure... Kings Park, CBD or east somewhere ??

    I'm down for 18 days to attend my kids' graduations with some commitments here and there so if we can tee something up that I can get to great, but if if there's a date that suits most other people that I can't get to then that's ok I can only get to them when they line up with my R&R anyway usually.
