    Hi Team,

    I am 27 and have 2 properties, looking to buy a 3rd and 4th in 2017. As I start accumulating over the next few years I am looking for a Perth based mentor to guide me through this journeys. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to get in touch with such people.

    I don't think you need a mentor - I think you should find yourself a team you can work well with.

    Start with a broker (Jess has already replied to you), then add an Accountant that knows their shiz and chuck in some investors that have proven success and that openly share information. Just be careful that the person giving the information doesn't have a hidden agenda.
