    Yup. We have an informal rule that whoever asks about the next meetup first, has to organise it! :)

    So where and when were you thinking? Generally it's a weekend arvo somewhere easy to nab a long table or two for people to order their own drinks/food ala carte.

    Haha that's a fair rule! I'm more than happy to organise, however will admit that I am newbie to posting (and the property world in general), so hopefully people read this chat and come along, or if people are happy to tag others to let them know?

    Maybe Hyde park hotel, or Balmoral again? Sat 6th March from lunch?
