Looks like TINA (there is no alternative, i.e. too much money chasing returns) might hit it too...

Due to settle on a place in Duncraig in a couple of few weeks. The tenant in place will be faced with a pretty big jump in rental of approx $100/week based on market assessment of close to $500/week. All indications are rents will continue to rise throughout 2022, lets hope the crystal ball is working.

Duncraig seems to be mentioned a lot.

Yes, and as per Wikipedia .. It is the home of motorsport superstar Daniel Ricciardo (I guess he grew up there rather than living there now).. Monaco is probably nicer if you have the cash.

My son decided to give car racing a go in 2015. He had to wear specific clothes - fire- proof. After a few questions to the sales person I specified that it was a Daniel Ricardo junior races one day training. She says, I went to school with him. I said I heard Duncraig was a good school, what do you think?’ She said it was a bit rough!

It is a good school, good reputation, you may not achieve champion car racing status though

Its official now….. its a full blown boom:eek:

All the areas I am chasing there is no stock, other than units and apartments.

My g/friend is upgrading but problem
She just cant source anything, this is in her targeted areas…. House….Subi, West Leederville, Shenton Park, Mt Lawley, Daglish, Leederville, North Perth, Menora, Coolbinia

This is what is going to happen in 2022….. more pent up demand, not enough stock …. prices will soar. Already seeing this.
Upgraders should have done this 12 months ago:mad:

For Perthians holding stock….. bring on the champers, about time.

….. and When borders open on 5 Feb, I reckon another level:)

I don't think borders will be opening on 05/02. Hope so, but don't think so.
