    Hi all, looking for recommendations for a lawyer/conveyancer in Perth who can do a contract review of an off-the-plan townhouse purchase. There's some urgency so hoping to find someone who is proactive and responsive. TIA.

    Very good. I wouldn't recommend them if they weren't. I've used them for about 8 years now and many transactions.
