    Syd and Melb have been the stellar performers over the last 3 years, still waiting for Brisbane to boom.
    Hope it does achieve 40%+ growth I am sure if this happens we will hear about it, till then we are waiting.

    Yeah he's not for everyone, but I guess as I'm in the building game, I like anyone who is pro development. I admire him in going against the public vote for extended trading hours as well, too many people would have caved and we would be stuck in the dark ages.
