    $9k + GST for Drafting? Dude that’s super expensive. Where r u? Is this WA

    I’m a Residential Draftsman myself.

    U should go for a draftee who knows how to use ArchiCAD like really well

    That's probably reasonable depending on who is doing it. I assume it includes handling council negotiations too?

    its a cut up block, house needs a reno, sellers did well at this price imo

    Yes it does include the council DA requirements but I would like some recommendations on other designers to use.

    Thanks MTR.. I have seen some of his work. As mentioned I paid $7700 but they were for single storey. His quote is now 9k +gst. For 3 x 2 storey townhouse. Obviously there is bit more involved but I haven't built 2 storey so I don't have a reference on pricing.

    I put an offer on this, yard is small and the sunroom is illegal but the house had alot of character. They wanted over $1mil.
