Hi guys, from your knowledge/experience, what is the average 3 to 4B x 2Bathroom double story would cost in Perth? Would you say between the 260k to 280k can make one feasible?
It depends a lot on the size. For maybe quite a small one that sounds feasible. I wouldn't have thought that was enough for the "average" one though.
It depends on how finished you want it to be as turnkey items can increase the costs significantly - landscaping, paving, floor coverings, painting, blinds etc etc At that price a volume builder might be cheaper if your block shape is very regular but I would expect you'd probably looking at 180-190sqm for that price.
