    I just started the thread, it was a team effort!
    Great to meet you guys, looking forward to another one sometime...I'll need to get a copy of the minutes to catch up on what was discussed! Lol

    and developing sounds like the way to go,especially with the brains around here to get tips from! While everyone is squabbling over houses in brissy you can get 2 new ones + profit and ready for some CG before the crowd heads west.
    I'd love to do it but being on the move makes finance tricky, but who knows we could stay longer in WA
