    3 days is great! What yield would you realistically expect around places which are within 10 km of cbd?

    Not good. I can run some numbers tomorrow but don't expect much. Prices are down but rents are down too.

    I second this. When i last put my townhouse in highgate up a year and a half ago i had 3 prospects the first weekend it was open. Ended up landing a tenant who hasn't skipped a beat since they moved in. Even at the stupid price i paid at peak of the market in 2014 I am still making 4.75% gross now.
