    In a straight line maybe 8.5km's to the Ocean and 5km's to the Swan River....but there's no straight line's if you had to walk it

    I do not claim to be an expert on the Perth market but I would have thought it would be better to wait a while longer before buying there unless you can find an absolute bargain.

    My thoughts too darren. Cant see the market rising or supply tightning anytime soon. So worst case buying opportunities are going to be the same as now if you hold off say 1 year

    Yes Blair, I think it is somewhere to definitely keep on the radar it just needs more time.

    I feel like the hype around balaga will soon be seen in areas such as kondoola...lockridge and girrawheen

    Koondoola and girrawheen shot up in price last year. They have dropped about 50k this year
