    Hi all,

    Thanks in advance!!

Search finds a few. Someone mentioned the buyers agent they used recently in a post.

Hi Sackie, isnt Westminster more of a developer?

I just thought I give a BA a go for a change. Or does interstate buyers don't recommend using a BA?

I did a lot of research and used @Matthew Hughes from Capital Property Advisory and they were excellent.

Thanks for the endorsement Andrew. As you know, I am heading to Sydney and Melbourne in the coming weeks to meet with investors who are considering the Perth market - if anybody you know would prefer a face-to-face over a video call, let me know :)

There has been quite a bit of interest in Perth from interstate - Sydney and Melbourne especially. Brisbane investors are probably still buying local at this stage, but probably should be looking West too.
