Perth B/P and Settlement Agent (conveyancer)

Hi Perth locals,

Just wondering if people can recommend a good building and pest inspector as well as a solicitor/conveyancer (think the term is settlement agent) for Perth metro.

I've asked a couple of you already (thanks alot for the response!) but thought it's easier to create a thread to see if there are any other recommendations.

Any advice greatly appreciated!

 

In terms of building inspections I would recommend Jason Cotton from Select Property Inspections. He has looked at a whole range of properties for me, from two bedroom homes up till a 1960s unit block to be sold in one line.
