Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good tax accountant in Perth. Looking for somebody who is a passionate property investor themselves, who can provide advice on loan structure, tax deductions, etc. Also, be able to provide annual analysis of yields, tax savings, actual costs etc I also have a SMSF and am potentially looking at purchasing a property with this facility. If anybody could recommend an accountant it would be greatly appreciated.
I've been using a local accountant in Mandurah, shes very good, I've been impressed so far. I have trusts and the business plus properties so reasonably complex. BM&Y is the group she's in. Not sure regarding loan structuring though as I've never needed them for that but assume they'd be fine for the tax advice part of it.

Does it have to be a local? If you're comfortable with email then you can use any accountant in Australia. I haven't seen my accountant in person for a few years. Cheers Jamie
