    I can recommend an impersonal trainer in Chatswood or a PT in Longueville. Wrong direction?

    My suggestions...
    1. Take up a sport. I took up tennis for this reason.
    2. Create simple daily morning & evening routines. Eg: Push ups or rowing
    3. Walk to & from the station. Walk around lunch time.
    4. Control food intake.

    At least I stopped expending following above :oops:

    agree 100%
    i use 7 Minute Workout app in the morning
    walk as much as possible - reach my goals set on fitbit
    (try to) eat healthy

    These are good tips.
    Pretty much comes down to - moving your body.
    As you adapt, try to go faster to get more work done in less time to keep improving.

    Really depends what your goals are.
