Permits objected by neighbours

    They may have altered their plans to address the issues that caused it to be rejected.

    If it's been granted there's nothgn you can do about it. it's possible, as someone else has said, that they design solution was changed to achieve a better result.

    On my recent development in Melb I had 12 objections.
    My town planner doubt with this. The priority is to get Council on your side, once you have this IMO you then have a very good chance of getting it over the line.
    One step at a time, but you certainly need a gun town planner
