    While there are many struggling there are no shortage of "haves". In the lift or work kitchen I seem to be often overhearing people talk about their unit portfolios, signing contracts, ownership arrangements etc (this is in good-times Sydney of course).

    The resentment is because the investments are residential property. Where people live and sleep. If you had a string of laundry mats or a bookkeeping business or some industrial sheds people would think you're astute and probably not even ask "how many".
