    As mentioned - the other difference is that "new post etc" doesn't have the sidebar.

    I didn't have an ********** before and I had resolution problems. I've just installed said blocker and it's fine now. Odd. I'll keep an eye on it.

    Westminster has confirmed that it is the Twitter feed which is causing the problem - I will investigate further.

    You need to understand how blockers work - they typically block external JavaScript from pages (which is how adverts are usually embedded in a page) ... which can also include other services such as Twitter and Facebook feeds.

    If I can't find a fix shortly, I'll temporarily disable the Twitter feed globally until it works correctly.

    Thanks for confirming. I believe Safari and Chrome use the same rendering engine - so it's not entirely conclusive though.

    Is there Firefox for iOS?

    I don't think it's a critical problem :p
    If you are an apple fanboi turn your phone sideways, turn off twitter or just chillax until @Simon Hampel gets round to it.

    I tested the twitter checked/unchecked, it didn't fix my issue. I killed the Safari each time I toggled the setting
    let me try Firefox..

    Turning off the Twitter feed is only available to Premium/Business members - so changing that setting in your preferences wouldn't have made any difference.

    I just found that Firefox on iOS is the only version of Firefox that doesn't use their Gecko rendering engine, and instead uses Webkit like everything else on iOS (thanks Apple :mad: ) ... so it wouldn't make any difference anyway - all the browsers on iOS are going to behave the same way :(

    But the mobile Apps don't show the twitter feed anyway.

    maybe an option to turn off twitter for regular user of mobile Apps, since twitter feed is not getting displayed

    as long as people don't start up post like "Druie" etc, Simon has the time, and he loves solving techie problems. it's in this DNA.

    They should - it should be down the bottom ... the sidebar gets moved below the content on narrow-screen devices.

    It would be good if someone could upload a screenshot of a problematic page with the page scrolled down to where the Twitter feed is displayed - I want to see how it is being rendered.

    But turning it off means I don't get to see it now on my laptop as it's an account setting not a device setting,

    I've made a tweak to the code for the Twitter feed - can someone who was experiencing the problem please check to see if it is still misbehaving?
