Are you seriously saying that you get your world view from the daily mail? Not many would admit to that in public :) 'nuff said.

Nah....I much prefer a version of survivor.....I particularly like the bit about the "tribe has spoken" and then the flame is extinguished!!;):p:D

Another version of Batchelor would just be a turn off ...and boring....the cattiness and all....;)

Been long since we had any activity on here. Though appears, there has been voting happening in the background.

Similar distribution to last time. Now we have 293 votes as opposed to 181 votes back when I last looked..

New goal for 2016 is to talk to as many females as possible about investing.

The 18-30 and 51+ is just about equal for females but with the male there's 10x the young ones.
Men 51+ not computer savy or just grumpy and enjoying retirement in peace ?

Id image females are more likely to learn new things, plus been in an office work environment and can use computers

What percentage of the men here are in relationships with women? Over half i would guess. Are their partners involved in the investment decisions? I expect so. There are some very popular foums with a largely female membership. I think thats where many of the female investors are.

I think a lot of the younger female investors are on the parenting forums talking ovulation, nap schedules and relationships.

So they're talking about wine and also drinking wine. That will solve 2 out of 3of those things!

240 male vs 53 female - well, biologically, males were the providers

My wife would say females are too confident and busy to talk about it online all day!

If I can offer some more insight to this too
When I run property investment seminars and have been doing this for years, the numbers of male and female were almost 50/50 in the audience and we have had audiences of up to 250 in the past.
My own rent roll is slightly female dominant (60%) - most of my landlords are females or couples where the female is the one interacting. This could be because I'm female and women tend to stick with women but there's some stats for you.

My closest friend in Adelaide is a builder and most of her clients are female but again women stick with women.
