    Hi there, I've been renting out a place for a few months and notice my payments forwarded by the real estate have been coming one day later each fortnight. Anyone know why?

    I would guess the disbursement is processed by the agent and statement sent, but the bank takes overnight to process the payment. Is there an issue with it coming in the next day?

    Just give them a call. I'm sure they can explain it, however I really wouldn't stress over one day.
