Currently, I pay my council rates with my personal credit card. This credit card is paid off on full every month from money in my offset account (attached to an IP loan). Is this council rate tax deductible?

Would I be able to reimburse myself from an IP LOC for this council rate? I assume there would be no tax savings anyway considering I dont have a PPOR loan at all.
