    Have started this thread to discuss and follow the infrastructure and developments happening in and around Parramatta. After decades of aspirations, Parramatta was officially designated "Sydney's Second CBD" and "Central City" by the NSW Government/Greater City Commission, and the change has been coming hard and fast.

    Whilst it's been stated around the forum that Parramatta, for the above reason, has been attracting a lot of high-rise off the plan development - which typically affects supply and demand and short term capital growth and rents - there's no denying that in the long term the focus from government and business will have a positive impact on property in Parramatta and the surrounding area.
