So no scarcity no pressure on prices. A buy and hold on a very long term I suspect.

Are you serious (or the longest running troll to ever grace PC)?

Or in other words, do you actually read ANY of our responses?

If it helps you take action, I actually think if you can get a new home in Park Ridge under 350k on 400sqm you'll do well. There are many 250sqm ones but they're probably a bit too small. The pricing of new homes there is similar to established homes on 500sqm in surrounding suburbs. It's as far out from CBD as Crestmead and Boronia which isnt too bad and is better priced than the estates in Ipswich and Logan like Yarrabilba and Park Ridge is closer in. It seems like you've been after a new home for a while. I say bite the bullet and do it.

Hence why they don't release all the land in one go.. Create the fear of scarcity - or the illusion of!

The way people talk about lots of land around places on this forum would make you think differently. Every developer releases them slowly and if the demand gets higher they release them even slower
