QLD Park Ridge new development - good or bad deal?

    Hi all - I've purchased my first property in Aspley/Carseldine earlier this year, and am on the hunt for my second but am not sure whether I have a good deal or a dud. I would welcome your opinion.

    A bit about me - 32 living in Sydney, young professional job and looking to build my portfolio. I've been saving money for the past few years & hope to make some wise investments.

    Property:
    • House & land package
    • $450-455K house and land full turn key
    • 204m2 house on 350m2 land - single storey 4 bed house. Extra $5-10k for 50m2 land.
    • Approx. rent: $420-$450 p/w
    What do you guys think?
