SA parafield airport noise

    how noisy is parafield airport around parafield gardens and braha lodge - right on flightpath? found this but not much other info

    would it affect house prices long term? seems no effect at this point.

    That document is for Adelaide airport (domestic and international) in the western suburbs, not Parafield airport (which is mostly a hobby plane airport) in the northern suburbs.

    Parafield has a curfew of 11pm / 6am and given its mostly hobby craft, eg Cessna / Gliders / Helicopters etc, IMO its fairly uncommon for it to be an issue.

    I've never had any tenants mention it, nor had any trouble renting properties in neighbouring suburbs of Parafield Gardens, Mawson Lakes, etc
