    The source of the information is public but the information I viewed was through a paid/login wall.

    If the site was > or < 5 units it wouldn't of appeared on the search I ran.

    Hi my name is Evangelos Nousis.
    Son of the director of papermite pty ltd.
    Offer made by me and family is genuine.
    Papermite built 3 townhouses down from the subjects site which have all been sold.
    Papermite is also the owner of no. 25 on the same side and street of the subject site.
    Im currently project managing on a double block owned by my parents 5 double story townhouses approx 3 km away from the subject site.
    Resale value 750k + conservatively.
    Our offer was to trade two townhouses for the subjects house.
    And no, I don't have a builders licence as we are developers and work closely with our friend the registered builder.
    And no it's not a scam just an extremely fair offer as I know the situation the family is in before they really do get scammed.
    Two properties on the same street just sold for 3.07 million approx 2 weeks ago.
    So please show papermite pty ltd some respect.
    I left my email on the proposal including my mobile so feel free to get your solicitor to make an appointment with me to discuss.

    Waste of effort.
    I've got better things to do than have to prove myself to people.
    The person who is trying to take care of his estate which is currently with state trustees awaiting a vcat order to put the property on public auction can get his solicitor to contact me as he has my details.
    No more replying from me. I'm out.

    Congrats on the successful outcome @evangelos nousis. Have the recent corrections in the market affected the feasibility beyond viability? Thanks for popping back & updating.

    Not for this one.

    Centrally located and zoned for 8 levels as adopted by Monash council march this year.
