Painter reccomendation in Sydney

Just a quick recommendation for a painter we hired to do an internal paint job at our Narwee IP.

2Bd/1Bth/Kit/Laun/Combined Living and dining room with 2 coats low-sheen white on the walls (3 in the bathroom as was changing from blue) and semi gloss white on doors and trim $1850+gst

Nick and his team at Love and Care Painting went above and beyond. (Found them on HiPages).

Not only did they do this job on short notice but completed it on time as quoted, did excellent work, made sure to clean up after themselves.

Here however is the reason why i recommend Nick - when the property manager messed them about at the start of the job and wasnt there as scheduled with the keys to let them into the rental unit-they drove to the office and got the keys without a single complaint they had been kept waiting 45 mins because PM 'forgot' the start time / wasnt answering her mobile and was in a meeting.

Next reason is that at the end of the job as they were leaving they made sure to email us photos and videos so that we could see they had finished for the day ready for carpet cleaning the next morning as scheduled.

Above and beyond.
